.void-weaver provides browser-based procedural generation tools for creating:

• Pixel art planets with customizable terrain and atmospheric effects
• Space backgrounds including nebulae and starfields
• Export capabilities for PNG images and sprite sheets
• Local gallery storage for saving and organizing creations

Our service is provided free of charge with optional donation support.

Acceptable Use

When using .void-weaver, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our source code
• Not overload our servers with excessive automated requests
• Not use the service to create content that violates applicable laws
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Your Generated Content

• Ownership: You own the content you generate using our tools
• License: All generated content is automatically released under CC0 (Creative Commons Zero)
• Freedom: You can use, modify, and distribute your generated content without restriction
• Commercial Use: Commercial use of your generated content is explicitly permitted

Our Intellectual Property

• The .void-weaver software, algorithms, and website design remain our property
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our source code
• The .void-weaver name and branding are protected
• Fair use applies for screenshots and examples when discussing our service

Third-Party Content

• We use third-party services (Google Fonts, Ko-fi) governed by their own terms
• Some design elements may be inspired by open-source projects
• All third-party licenses are respected and maintained

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Local storage of your generated content and gallery data
• Optional analytics cookies with explicit consent
• No transmission of your generated content to our servers

Termination by You

• You may stop using the service at any time
• Clear your browser data to remove locally stored information
• No cancellation process required as there are no accounts

Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Emergency termination may occur for security or legal reasons

Effect of Termination

• These Terms survive termination where applicable
• Your generated content remains yours under CC0 license
• Locally stored data remains in your browser until cleared

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Process

1. Direct Contact: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
2. Mediation: If a resolution is not reached, we encourage mediation before initiating any legal action.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, United States.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings, where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Material changes will be announced prominently on the site
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree to changes, please stop using the service

Severability

No Waiver
